Activities of the Marketing Department One of the main tasks of the department is government grants and paid contracts taking into account the requirements (orders) of employers (enterprises and institutions) in all educational areas or specialties in order to determine student performance. Formation of a “portfolio of orders” based on the creation of a commission for the distribution of graduates of the branch to jobs, the development of a plan for the distribution of graduates to jobs (initially determined) and the final distribution by the distribution commission, according to the real personnel needs of the place of work, enterprise and organization. Drawing up and generalization of a single mailing list of graduates. Implementation of a business plan for admission for the new academic year (admission plan based on a state grant and a paid contract, received applications, competition, number of accepted students, their courses, areas of study (specialties) to create a distribution database, languages of instruction, etc.) Work with departments (scientific, methodological councils, educational and methodological departments, faculties, departments, etc.) on the acquisition of professional skills of undergraduate and graduate students and on the distribution of graduates to work, their participation in the analysis and assessment of the quality of measures taken, the creation of a service of relevant units for the implementation of marketing policies. Career selection is carried out twice a month in our branch. Our branch holds a job fair to ensure employment for graduates.
