The Nukus branch of the Uzbek State Institute of Arts and Culture celebrates its anniversary this year. In this short period of time, it has become a place that has its place and prestige not only in Karakalpakstan, but throughout the country. The dance ensemble of the Tumor branch is two years old. Today we will focus on the history of the ensemble and its activities today.
The Tumor dance ensemble was formed in 2018, when Esnazar Khalmuratov came to the branch as a teacher with the support of the director (late) P. Paluaniyazov.
Answering the question why there is no dance ensemble at the University of Arts and Culture, E. Khalmuratov said that he diligently organizes the dance ensemble, directs its activities and expresses confidence in the team. The opening ceremony will take place on November 16, 2018 at the Children’s School of Music and Arts in Nukus. The ensemble is called Tumor.
Today the scientific and practical potential of E. Khalmuratov can be seen in the repertoire of the Tumor dance ensemble. It includes dances of the world classical and Karakalpak, Uzbek, Turkish, Tatar, Azerbaijani, Russian and Tajik peoples. The ensemble has taken its place in celebrations and ceremonies held throughout the country.
The clothes of the team members were also created as a result of scientific research and professional experience of E. Khalmuratov. The decor and patterns of national costumes have their own design and historical significance. This is well understood by people familiar with the world of dance.
There were times when I spent three to four months on a suit. The most important thing is that my main goal for the future is to turn Tumor into a folk ensemble, – said E. Khalmuratov.
When a person’s work is recognized or appreciated, it is only natural that he or she should be in good spirits in their future endeavors. The ceremony of awarding the winners of the republican competition “Student of the Year – 2019” among students of higher educational institutions will be held in the Muynak region. The ensemble “Tumor”, which took part in it with their dances, was highly appreciated by the rectors of universities of Uzbekistan and, in turn, thanked E. Khalmuratov. After all, the Tumor ensemble is the pride and honor of the branch.
Also, the Tumor ensemble serves our people with its performances in dance programs on the Karakalpakstan TV channel. Happiness is the goal of every educator, such as attracting students to the ensemble, educating them, creating opportunities, unleashing their talents and being proud of their achievements.
