The decree of the First President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated April 28, 2008 No. PK-845 ” on the establishment of the Nukus branch of the Uzbek State Institute of Arts” states: “further development of the unique art and culture of the inhabitants of Karakalpakstan, education of talented youth in the spirit of high standards of national and spiritual art, comprehensive support of their creative abilities and hobbies, as well as the development of creative abilities surfacing in time, a modern parable and cinema, In connection with the need to “improve the system of training highly qualified specialists in the field of art in the areas of television and radio”, including the decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated June 4, 2012 No. PP-1771 “on the organization of the Uzbek National Institute of Arts and Culture”, the branch was reorganized into the Nukus branch of the Uzbek National Institute of Arts and Culture.
The Information Technology Center operates in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan; regulations of ministries and higher-level organizations; rules and standards of occupational safety, electrical safety, urit safety; the Institute’s charter; rules developed by the Information Technology Center; orders and orders of the Director of the Institute.
As a strategic direction determining the activities of information technology centers, specify the tasks of implementing information technology and distance learning systems in the educational process, organizing the computer and information infrastructure of the institute.
Currently, more than 200 modern computers installed in the Institute building are controlled using special 1 – server equipment. Household computers are connected to the local system of the Institute. With the help of a local system, computers can easily connect to the Internet.
Employees of the Information Technology Center ensure a consistent, efficient process, technically controlling the information and communication efficiency that makes up the process of training and management of the institute. With the participation of specialists of the information technology center, the process of automating the activities of the information resource center is being implemented. With the help of the Center for Educational Tools and Technologies, prepared by the teachers of the Institute Zıyo.net it is placed on the educational portal. The Institute’s website was also developed by the staff of the hámde Information Technology Center, which has so far posted weekly links.
Currently, the specialists of the Information Technology Center are engaged in the automation of the Institute’s documentation system and the introduction of distance learning technology of the reading process in higher and secondary specialized education of the Ministry of Education http://uzdsminf V. Ed. The hámda professors, who developed their own, were placed with the teaching resources of the teachers.
