The Karakalpak State Puppet Theater hosted the republican stage of the contest “Enlightenment Square” among students of higher educational institutions.
The team “Tolwaz” from the Nukus branch of the Uzbek State Institute of Arts and Culture took part in it and won the 2nd place.
The competition consists of 3 conditions, the 1st condition is “Poet’s life”, “Question-answer”, “Theatrical composition from the life and work of the poet”.
The purpose of the competition is to increase the interest of young people in literature, to acquaint them with the work of historical widows.
