The Faculty of “Theatrical Art” was established by the decision of the extraordinary meeting № 3 of the Council of Nukus branch of the State Institute of Arts and Culture of Uzbekistan on October 6, 2023.      Three departments were established at the faculty: the departments of “Acting”, “Directing” and “Vocal” were attached.  

      Dean of the Faculty of “Art History”, candidate of historical sciences, professor Gulchira Hojametova was appointed to the post of dean of the faculty, B.Rajapbaev, Y.Khozhanov, D.Otarbaev were trained as deputy deans of the faculty on the academic part.

    The Faculty Council is established by the decision of the regular meeting of the Faculty No. 1 dated October 27, 2023. The annual curriculum of the Faculty of Education and Youth Work is approved by the Faculty Council. 

     The responsible person is assigned the tasks to be carried out according to the plan. D.Yermanova was appointed as the Faculty Women’s Council. M.Bekmuratov and T.Kalzhanova were approved as faculty tutors. B.Abipov was elected as the leader of the youth faculty.

There are 29 full-time and 15 part-time lecturers working at the faculty, in total 44 lecturers give knowledge to students. Of them: professors – 5 lecturers, associate professors – 3 lecturers, senior lecturers – 5, assistant lecturers – 21.

    The academic potential of the faculty is 27.6 percent. The teaching load of hours in the 2023-2024 academic year in the faculty is 45.5 units.
