On September 9, 2022, the decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On additional options for the introduction of energy-saving technologies and the development of small-capacity renewable energy sources” was adopted.

In order to ensure the implementation of the tasks specified in the decree, 10 panel lamps with a capacity of 3.4 million were installed in the external heater electric paints in the Nukus branch of the State Institute of Art and Culture of Uzbekistan. including, at the same time, installation of 10 kW batteries, which make up 25% of the electricity used, is being carried out.
