An intensive training course on grant proposal development has commenced at the initiative of the National Association of Non-Governmental Non-Profit Organizations of Uzbekistan. The program brings together Association personnel and representatives of member non-governmental organizations to strengthen their capacity in securing external funding.

Led by Professor Jesse Lutabingwa of Appalachian State University, participants are exploring the key principles of project design and the preparation of competitive international grant applications. The workshop’s highly interactive and hands-on approach has attracted strong engagement and enthusiasm among attendees.

Throughout the training, participants are developing practical competencies in identifying funding opportunities, formulating project ideas, and preparing effective grant proposals. The knowledge and experience acquired during the program are expected to contribute to the institutional advancement and long-term sustainability of their organizations.
